Email Support
You can find the Contact us option on the support home page. We encourage you to send us screenshots or problematic documents to save time later on.
- Click Contact us.
- You will need to enter your email address. A security code will be sent to you.
- Enter the code and click on Validate. You will then be able to open a request.
- Fill out this form.
- Add any attachments.
- Click Submit.
- Your ticket will be created.
- You'll receive an email confirming we received your request, and our support team will follow up with you as soon as possible.
