Expert PDF licenses are linked to an Expert PDF account. That license can be assigned to another user. Each Expert PDF license can be linked to one email at a time.
An email will be sent to that address, prompting the user to create an account. Once created, they will have full access to the product. However, they won’t be able to manage any account-related actions for the license in their account.

Assigning a license to a user
Note: By default, the license is assigned to the email used when purchasing Expert PDF.
- Go to the Expert PDF Account Portal.
- Sign in to your Expert PDF account.
- Open Manage Products.
- Click on the arrow to expand the product settings.
- Click on the Assign to... next to Unassigned license.
- Choose Another user.
- Enter the email into the box.
- Click Assign.
- The new user will appear under the list of assignees.
Unassigning a license
- Go to the Expert PDF Account Portal.
- Sign in to your Expert PDF account.
- Open Manage Products.
- Click on the arrow to expand the product settings.
- Click on the Action button next to the email address you would like to remove from the list.
- Select Unassign.
- In the pop-up, click on Continue.
