You can change the email address associated with your Expert PDF license in the Expert PDF Account Portal.
- Go to our Expert PDF Account Portal.
- Sign in to your Expert PDF account.
- In the Manage Account section, click on the pencil icon to change the email.
- Type in the new email.
You will see a new icon appear next to your email. Hovering your mouse over the icon will reveal the email address that is currently waiting for validation.

- Click Resend email if you cannot find the validation email.
- Make sure to check your junk/spam folder.
- Click Cancel at any time if you decide not to change the email address.
- Click Resend email if you cannot find the validation email.
Note: The change will only take place once you have validated the new email address.
- To finalize the process, you will need to click the VALIDATE NEW EMAIL button in the email that was sent.
- A new web page will open, confirming the email change is complete.
