Only the Ultimate edition of Expert PDF unlocks the OCR module of the software.
If you have bought any other edition, and you need to extract the text of image based or scanned documents you may order license key to unlock the OCR module directly within the software.
Navigate to Modules and Packages tab on toolbar and press OCR module icon this will take you to the shopping basket to complete an order. After payment is successfully settled you be provided with new license key to introduce to the software and unlock the OCR function. Also an order confirmation email will be sent to the designated email address.
